Mixed results. First trip was great. Friendly staff, good job on my car. So, I bought the 5 car wash package. Second trip, not so much. Staff was not friendly and they literally missed one of my four doors. I'll use the remaining visits since I paid for them, but will gladly go somewhere else afterwards.
I do not see myself returning.

Consistently closing early and not honoring hours. I have a monthly here a day they don't care. Wash is just ok. Customer service is terrible.
I got my first car wash on the genesis for the first time in months I did go on a Saturday afternoon so it was quite busy hence a decent wait. But granted how busy it was I kinda expected the wait. Given the space restraints the system of washing that mass amount of cars is run the best it can. I paid for the top wash and detail so it was on the pricey side even though it was a “special” deal. I’d complain about my wait time if they did a bad job but it was done well, especially the interior. (Slight overkill on the armorall so when I got home I re wiped with a microfiber cloth and it was perfect) I don’t know what they use to make the car smell so good but it lasted for a couple of weeks. If I can find out what it was I’d do it myself like usual, more time consuming but certainly cheaper. Wait 3/5, overall clean 5/5, space (wait) 3/5, staff 3.5/5. Satisfied.
These guys are great. Clean my truck spotless. And the mechanic in the back is the first person I've ever met change my oil. I'll never let anyone else do my routine maintenance
Layout is crowded, I had to wait for cars to finish washes and detailing before I could leave. They did not show me the dipstick after changing the oil, in fact I am not sure they checked it and instead just pumped in as much oil as the computer told them too. I am pretty sure the were not going to check the air pressure until I asked them to. Price seemed a little higher than the area competition.
